Welcome to concordtireshop.com (the “Site”), operated by SAAAZ, Inc., a California corporation doing business as Concord Tires (“Concord Tires,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2900 Willow Pass Road, Concord, CA 94519. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any quotes, orders, appointments, or services you request through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian’s permission, to use the Site to request quotes, book appointments, or place orders. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

2. Products and Services

Concord Tires sells tires and related products and provides installation and automotive services (such as mounting, balancing, alignment, and repair) at our physical location in Concord, CA.

  • Pricing and availability shown on the Site are provided as a general guide and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of your in-store visit or appointment, after inspection of your vehicle where applicable.
  • Product descriptions (specifications, sizing, fitment) are provided for your convenience. While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that all details are error-free, and we recommend confirming fitment with our staff before purchase.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Appointments

The Site may allow you to request a quote, reserve a product, or schedule an appointment online.

  • Reserve online, pay in-store. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, requesting a quote or reservation through the Site does not charge your payment method — you pay in person at the time of service or pickup. A reservation or quote is not a guaranteed price or a completed sale until confirmed in-store.
  • Appointments are subject to confirmation by our staff and to bay/technician availability. We’ll do our best to honor requested times but cannot guarantee a specific appointment slot until it’s confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order or appointment — for example, if a product is unavailable, if pricing was listed in error, or if we’re unable to verify the details of your request.
  • AI-powered assistant. Some quotes and information on the Site may be provided through an AI-powered chat or voice assistant (powered by our technology partner, Zamentic) rather than a staff member. Quotes and information from the assistant are estimates provided for your convenience, are not guaranteed, and are subject to confirmation and final pricing by our staff in-store.

4. Payment

At this time, the Site does not process card payments online for most orders — payment is collected in person, in-store, at the time of service or pickup. If we introduce online payment in the future, it will be processed by a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor, and additional terms may apply.

5. SMS/Text Messaging

Consent to receive text messages from Concord Tires is collected explicitly in any of these ways: through web forms on this Site (our checkout and our Text Message Opt-In form, including where it is offered after checkout or after booking an appointment); verbally during a recorded phone call, after we read our text-message disclosure; or by texting START to (925) 849-8450. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, tire quotes and promotional offers. Providing your mobile number is entirely voluntary, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any products or services from us. Opt-in and opt-out for text messaging occurs via the 10DLC number associated with this campaign.

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for customer support information. 6. Warranties

  • Manufacturer warranties. Tires and parts we sell may carry a warranty from their manufacturer. Concord Tires is not the manufacturer, and any manufacturer warranty is between you and the manufacturer, subject to that manufacturer’s terms.
  • Workmanship. Any warranty we offer on our own installation or repair workmanship will be described to you separately, in writing, at the time of service, and is subject to its own stated terms and limitations.
  • No other warranties. Except as expressly stated above or as required by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding products or services purchased through the Site, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges on tires and parts are subject to the condition of the product, manufacturer policy, and applicable state law, and are handled in-store on a case-by-case basis. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation. Installed and used tires generally cannot be returned once mounted, except as required by law or manufacturer defect policy. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Concord Tires is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from products or services purchased through it, including damages related to vehicle performance, road conditions, or driving safety, except to the extent caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by law.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or from a purchase made through it will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Your Responsibility as a Driver

Tires and vehicle maintenance affect your safety on the road. Information on the Site (including tire recommendations, sizing tools, or general maintenance content) is provided for general guidance only and does not replace a professional inspection of your specific vehicle, or your own judgment about your vehicle’s condition and your driving conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Concord Tires name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Concord Tires and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose (e.g., browsing, requesting a quote).

11. User Submissions

If the Site allows you to submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Concord Tires a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share that content in connection with operating and promoting our business. You’re responsible for making sure anything you submit is accurate, lawful, and doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites, such as our Google Business Profile, Yelp listing, or social media pages. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Concord Tires harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing any legal claim, the parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Concord Tires at concordtires@gmail.com.

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state courts located in Contra Costa County, California, or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
