Concord Tires is a trade name (DBA) of SAAAZ, Inc., a California corporation (“Concord Tires,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate the website located at concordtireshop.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly, such as when you request a quote, book an appointment, create an account, place an order, or contact us:

  • Name, phone number, email address, and mailing/billing address
  • Vehicle information (year, make, model, tire size) needed to give you an accurate quote or complete a service
  • Account login information, if you create an account on the Site
  • Any messages, questions, or other content you send us through a contact form, chat, or phone call
  • Payment-related information, if and when the Site processes payments online (see Section 6, “Payment Information”)

Information collected automatically when you browse the Site:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and general location
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site
  • Referring website or search terms that brought you to the Site

We collect this automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies (described in Section 3) and through analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Information from text/SMS communications. If you opt in to receive text messages from us (such as appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, tire quotes and promotional offers), we collect your mobile phone number, your consent status, and a record of your consent — the date and time, the IP address used, and the exact consent wording shown to you. See Section 4 for details specific to SMS.

Information you share with our AI-powered assistant. We may use an AI-powered chat and/or voice assistant on the Site or on our phone line, powered by our technology partner Zamentic (zamentic.com), to answer questions and provide tire quotes. When you interact with this assistant, we (and Zamentic, acting on our behalf) collect what you share during that conversation — such as your name, contact information, vehicle details, and the questions you ask — to generate a quote, answer your question, or connect you with our staff. Conversations with the assistant may be recorded or logged for quality assurance and to improve its accuracy.

Calls to our phone line may be answered by an automated AI assistant and may be recorded for quality, to keep an accurate record of your request, and to document any consent you give during the call. You are told at the start of the call that it is being recorded.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide quotes, schedule and confirm appointments, and fulfill orders
  • Communicate with you about your order, appointment, or inquiry
  • Respond to customer service requests
  • Send order confirmations, receipts, appointment reminders, and service updates by email, and send text messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, tire quotes and promotional offers) only if you’ve opted in to receive texts
  • Send promotional emails, only if you’ve opted in to receive them
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and navigation
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep your shopping cart working correctly, and understand how the Site is used (for example, through Google Analytics). Some cookies are essential to the Site’s basic functions (like checkout); others are optional and used for analytics or advertising.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site function, such as the shopping cart or saved quote information.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in, Concord Tires will send you text messages about your orders, appointments, and service — for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. With your consent, we may also send tire quotes and occasional promotional offers.

You can give your consent to receive text messages in any of these ways:

  • ticking the consent box at checkout
  • our Text Message Opt-In form, on its own page and offered after checkout or after booking an appointment
  • verbally during a recorded phone call, after we read our text-message disclosure
  • texting START to (925) 849-8450

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any products or services from us. If you agree to promotional texts during a phone call, we will send you a confirmation text, and promotional messages begin only after you reply YES.

If you opt-in to receive SMS notifications from Concord Tires, message frequency may vary based on your interactions. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message at any time to permanently opt-out of future messaging. You can reply HELP to receive customer support information, or email us directly at concordtires@gmail.com.

  • You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes — see Section 5.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

All personal data categories described in this Policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

We do not share the personal information you give us — such as your name, phone number, email address, or vehicle details — with any third parties or affiliates for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes.

Information is disclosed only in the limited circumstances below, and none of them permit anyone else to use your information for their own marketing:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — for example, our website host, payment processor (if applicable), SMS/email delivery platforms, analytics providers, and Zamentic, which powers our AI quote/chat assistant. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Legal reasons — if required to comply with a law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Concord Tires, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers — if Concord Tires is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Payment Information

At this time, orders and services placed through the Site may be reserved online but are paid for in person, in-store — we do not charge your card online. If we add online payment processing in the future, payments will be handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed:

  • Quote requests and inquiries (contact forms, chat, and calls) that don’t lead to an order or service: up to 12 months from your last contact with us, then deleted or de-identified.
  • Order, invoice, and service records: as long as required for tax, accounting, warranty, and legal purposes.
  • Records of your text-message consent and opt-out requests: as long as needed to show we honored your choices, including after you opt out.

Other information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, then deleted or de-identified.

8. Your Privacy Rights

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we’ve collected about you and how it’s used
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain legal exceptions)
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Our Site uses Google advertising cookies (see Section 3) to measure the results of our ads, and may use them to show our ads to people who have visited the Site, which California law may treat as “sharing.” You can opt out by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by turning off personalized ads in your Google account’s ad settings.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

If you are located outside California, you may have similar rights under your state’s privacy law; we honor comparable requests where applicable.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites (such as our Google Business Profile, Yelp listing, or social media pages) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
